MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF CHANDELIER
|
|
|
Adding beads to an
inexpensive lamp can transform it from ordinary to absolutely
extraordinary!
|
|
We bought a lamp for under $20.00 and using
strong
Kevlar beading thread and
size 12 beading needle stitched a simple design
using
chandelier earring components
(also in
sterling silver), Swarovski crystals, and Czech glass beads.
See our large selection
of different sizes and shapes of Swarovski crystals and Czech glass beads in our
online catalog

SNOWFLAKES KEEP FALLING ON MY HEAD
|
Make
fanciful snowflakes in the time it takes one to float down
from the sky!
Using these
premade wire spokes all you need to do is add the beads, curl the
ends into a loop, add a hanger and wrap it up to give!
|
|
|
|
Make it fancier by beading a hanger or use a silk ribbon.
We chose
to use Swarovski crystals for sparkle, Czech glass for color,
and added a
garnet and sterling silver dangle at the bottom. (See our
large selection of Swarovski crystals and Czech glass beads in
our catalog.)
We cut some spokes shorter and gave the ends a zigzig
effect just to add some character. The options are endless!

FRAME YOUR BEADS
|
|
|
Another whole new
section in our catalog! Check out these whimsical
bead frames. An assortment of fun styles available in
both sterling silver and vermeil, 22kt gold over sterling
silver.
Here we've chosen
regal
cathedral beads to frame strung with
4mm faceted glass beads and small
14kt gold filled round spacer beads. |
JAWS
|
|
|
Cool tool! We love
these nylon
jaw pliers for straightening wire and head
and eye pins. It's a snap to make those frustrating,
kinky wires straight again by just pulling them through
the nylon jaws, and no scratches! These are a nice
smaller size, chainnose version with double-leaf springs
for stressless work.
|
|
Cool tool, too! Don't
scratch your wire work! Using these
nylon jaw roundnose pliers makes for clean, scratch-free bending and
shaping. (Also a nice smaller size with double-leaf springs.)
Great to use with our
sterling silver or colored sculpting wire which can scratch easily.
|
|
HEAD AND EYES ABOVE THE REST
|
|
Hate waste? Give these short head and eye pins in both
sterling silver and gold filled
a try. No more feeling guilty for cutting off the extra wire and squirreling them away to use on another project! Works wonderfully for rosaries,
dangles, drops and links.

CALL ME MOODY
|
|
|
OK, these are awesome!
Mirage beads were inspired by the mood rings of olden days.
As you wear them the thermo-sensitive
liquid crystal inside each cosmic bead comes alive with
sensuous color as they change from green, orange and
brown to blue, purple and pink. What fun!

ADORNING ANGELS
|
| Create
your own angels using these wonderful wing component beads
available in
sterling silver plate,
22kt gold plate
, and
copper plate over lead-free pewter.
Simply stack
your beads of choice on a head pin (or an eye pin if you would
like to attach a dangle to the bottom) add the wings and a bead
for the head, finish with a loop at the top and, voila! It doesn't
get much easier than that!
Glass flower beads make wonderful angel skirts coupled with a bead cap
and round glass bead or freshwater pearl for the head. Use a plain
or fancy gemstone head pin, or if adding a dangle, such as the
vermeil gemstone drop at the bottom, use an eye pin. (We have numerous
options in our online
catalog
for all these parts.)

of our goods are hand picked for quality control, or are
one-of-a-kind so the quantities are very limited. Don't
wait if you've got to have it! When a product is gone completely
it will totally disappear from our catalog only to reappear
if and when we can find it again. Have fun shopping and
don't hesitate to let us know if we can help in any way!
