Ordering Information
- Where we ship: within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- International: Please note international shipping costs will be added to your credit card after shipping the parcel.
- Minimum order: NONE!
- Accepted Payment Types: Visa, Mastercard or money orders payable in U.S.$ (Please note: orders being submitted with payment by money order are held for 10 days only then automatically expired if payment has not been received)
- Sorry, no print catalog: We add 20-50 new items everyday and sell out of just as many making a print catalog too difficult to keep current. Our web catalog is updated daily.
- Our Prices: Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or in very limited quantities as we search to find unusual items you won't find elsewhere it makes it difficult to discount them any farther. Our prices are "designer prices" between wholesale and retail (however they are often times lower than many sites who bill themselves as "wholesale").
- Method of Shipping: All domestic shipments mailed via United States Postal Service. An insured shipment over $200.00 will require a signature upon delivery. If you would prefer a different method please notify us by email directly after submitting your order. A credit, or charge, for any difference in cost will be made to your card. Please keep in mind we will not be able to assist you in the event of loss or damage if you choose to uninsure your parcel.
- Shipping and Handling Costs: Shipping costs will calculate automatically on your order for you to see before it is submitted. All domestic shipments have a handling fee of $1.50. All international shipments have a $3.00 handling fee.
- Automatic Inventory System: Our automatic inventory system gives you the exact number in stock at the very moment you are viewing the item ("quanity on hand" amount). In order to keep this count accurate orders need to be placed through the site. When you put the item in your cart the quantity is automatically deducted from the inventory system and held for you. This will keep you from ever ordering an item and not receiving it. We do not have backorders.
- 24 Hour Shopping Cart: The items in your shopping cart will remain there for 24 hours or until you submit your order. If your order is not submitted within the 24 hours the items will automatically be returned into our inventory and your shopping cart will be canceled. This is due to the very limited quantities on many of our unusual products.
- Measuring Information For Our Site: We measure all our items in their complete length and width, including loops, bails, etc. unless otherwise noted in the description. For example: toggle clasps are measured ring and bar, end to end including their loops, for the length. The bar will normally be the width, as it is generally the widest point of the clasp. Don't hesitate to give us a call or email if you need an item measured differently or need a measurement not noted.
- Chain by the Foot: Whenever possible we will send one piece measurements for your chain order. However, sometimes it is not possible and we must send your chain in 2 cut pieces. No piece will ever be less than 12 inches.
- Need To Change Your Existing Profile Information?: You cannot change your profile information at the time you are submitting an order it must be done before you place an order. To change your profile, go to "My Account" at the top of any page and log in with your email address and password. Then click on "change profile". Be sure to save the changes at the bottom of the page. Any profile changes must be made prior to submitting a cart as an order to reflect the new information. If you have any problem changing your information, please email us and we are happy to help you make the changes rather than create a second profile which could cause a delay in your order getting shipped out to you.
Returning Merchandise
- IMPORTANT NOTE: We do our utmost to insure the correctness of color in our photos for each item. However, all monitors show color differently and we cannot be responsible for differences in color between our monitor and yours.
- Returns accepted within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
- We apologize but we cannot accept returns on chain by the foot.
- All items must be returned in their original condition.
- A credit to your charge card will be processed upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
- 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit.
- Please pad merchandise and return in a box. A padded envelope may be used where appropriate. Please include the invoice number for the returned items.
- Return postage and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
- When returning defective or misshipped merchandise, no restocking fee will apply and you will be credited for the return postage and insurance.
